Terms of Service

PCR Travel Tests is a trading name of the travel company Compare and Choose Ltd.  All results are based on the sample given at the time you provided it, if results are inconclusive they will be re-ran to try and determine the outcome so you must follow the instructions closely.  Samples already taken will not be refunded.

*The aim is to provide these results within 24-36 hours of receipt of the sample at our partnered lab however we/they accept no liability in the event of a testing delay as there is no guarantee. The laboratory operates 6 days per week.

All shipping and transport is provided by third parties (Royal Mail or DPD) for which PCR Travel Tests are not responsible or liable for any delays loss or damage to tests.

If you happen to receive a positive result then follow current government guidelines as they can change without notice. Positive results will be passed to PHE for feeding into the NHS track and trace system by our partnered labs.

Due to changing rules and regulations at a rapid pace, you as an individual will responsible for ensuring you take and return the test within your required timeframes by checking with your airline and your destination country guidelines.    PCR Travel Tests and our partnered laboratories cannot provide guidance and accepts no liability for this.

12 Hour Results or money back

Please Note:  If samples come in before 10:30am and you do not receive your results by 10:30pm then we will refund you the difference in costs which is £85.00.  THE REFUND OFFER IS ONLY FROM WHEN THE TESTS ARE RECEIVED AT OUR PARTNER LAB

Inconclusive results will need to be re-ran and will not be refunded, you will only be refunded if you do not receive a negative or positive result before 10:30pm

We do not accept liability we will not offer a refund for erroneous tests IE Wrong email address or tests not registered properly..

Returns

In most circumstances we do not accept returns due to cross contamination and they are none refundable. We do however offer a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill if the package is returned to us unused and unopened.

You would therefore receive a partial refund once we have received the returned kit, together with your order reference number, you will be responsible for the return postage and tracking and we do not accept any liability for inbound returns. Once a PCR test has been submitted to our partner laboratory it will be processed and is non-refundable.
